ABOUT ME

I’m a licensed architect with over ten years of professional practice and a lifelong love of design. While architecture gave me the foundation, building gave me the wisdom. Throughout the years, my work has expanded beyond drawings and into hands-on building, learning through renovations, bus and van conversions, and off-grid projects. Working hands-on with materials has shaped how I design, sharpening my understanding of how spaces come together and how they’re actually lived in.

Today, I’m following my passion for natural design and building as a way to reconnect with the earth and create spaces that feel grounded, intentional, and alive. I believe our homes should support who we are becoming. They should feel nourishing, expressive, and deeply personal. My work is about helping people return home to themselves through thoughtful, natural spaces that feel good to live in and grow with. I can’t wait to create something beautiful together!

FEATURED PROJECTS

This home was designed for an extraordinary woman—a bold, independent civil engineer who runs her own business with over 500 employees. She wanted a home that balanced privacy for her family with the ability to make a statement and host gatherings in open, welcoming spaces.

Heartworks is a nonprofit after-school and summer program dedicated to providing at-risk youth in Bayboro, NC, with a safe, nurturing space to learn, play, and grow. Our design reimagined the Heartworks campus as a place of comfort, security, and joy.

The Martin Residence blends straw bale natural building techniques with sleek modern design, resulting in a one-of-a-kind dwelling. The thick straw bale walls and built-in window seats add warmth and character throughout the home.
