This will be the best $125 that you invest on your project! This consultation is designed to help you organize your ideas, identify next steps, and avoid common pitfalls. We may talk through sequencing, materials, systems, permitting, budgeting, or overall project structure, depending on where you are in the process. Please note this consultation is for guidance and strategic direction only. It does not include drawings, design deliverables, or ongoing project management. Additional services beyond this consultation are offered separately and may be structured as hourly work, phased design services, or a project based agreement.
